Take the Dallas North Tollway south to downtown Dallas. After the main toll plaza, the tollway will become Harry Hines Blvd. Stay to your left on Harry Hines, and follow the signs to Pearl Street. Take Pearl to the Woodall Rogers service road. Turn left on the eastbound service road. The street will curve around and become the Central Expressway service road, and finally Good-Latimer. Stay on Good-Latimer approximately 1/2 mile. Turn left on Commerce Street. 3026 Commerce is on your right, approximately 1/3 mile.

Note: Commerce Street is one-way eastbound.
