Take I-45 north to downtown Dallas. After crossing I-30, take the "Main Street / Elm Street" exit. At the split stay right for Elm Street. Once on Elm (one way westbound) take your first left (Pearl), then turn left at the second light (Commerce). 3026 Commerce is on your right, approximately 1/2 mile.

Note: Commerce Street is one-way eastbound.
