Take I-35E (South R.L. Thornton) north to downtown Dallas. Exit to I-30 east, then take the US-75 north (Sherman) exit. At the top of the bridge take the left-hand "Main Street / Elm" exit. At the split stay right for Elm Street. Once on Elm (one way westbound) take your first left (Pearl), then turn left at the second light (Commerce). 3026 Commerce is on your right, approximately 1/2 mile.

Note: Commerce Street is one-way eastbound.
