Take I-35E south to the exit marked "To I-45/US-75/Houston" (Woodall Rogers Freeway). From Woodall Rogers take the Pearl Street exit. The ramp will (abruptly) split. Stay to your right towards Olive Street. At the light, turn right on the Woodall Rogers service road (yes, you've just made a 360 degree loop). The service road will curve around and become the Central Expressway service road, and finally Good-Latimer. Stay on Good-Latimer approximately 1/2 mile. Turn left on Commerce Street. 3026 Commerce is on your right, approximately 1/3 mile.

Alternate Route: Approaching downtown, take the Commerce Street EAST exit (right after the Commerce Street west exit). Take Commerce through Downtown to 3026 Commerce (about 1.5 miles).

Note: Commerce Street is one-way eastbound.
