Take I-30 (a/k/a the Tom Landry Freeway and the old Dallas/Ft. Worth Turnpike) east to downtown Dallas. Take the US-75 north (Sherman) exit. At the top of the bridge take the left-hand "Main Street / Elm" exit. At the split stay right for Elm Street. Once on Elm (one way westbound) take your first left (Pearl), then turn left at the second light (Commerce). 3026 Commerce is on your right, approximately 1/2 mile.

Alternate Route: As you approach downtown, stay in the middle lane and take the Commerce Street exit. Take Commerce through Downtown to 3026 Commerce (about 1.5 miles).

Note: Commerce Street is one-way eastbound.
